Cancellation/Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our meal plan services. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions for cancelling your membership and receiving refunds on our monthly and annual memberships.
Monthly Memberships
Full Refund: If you choose to cancel your membership, you are entitled to a full refund if you have not made a request for a custom meal plan within 7 days of payment receipt. Any cancellation requests made outside of the seven-day window will not receive a refund.
No Refund: Once you have requested a custom meal plan at any time within the month, outside of the initial 7-day window, monthly memberships are non-refundable.
Annual Memberships
Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your annual membership fee if you choose to cancel prior to 27 days after payment receipt and have not requested a custom meal plan.
Partial Refund: If you have requested a custom meal plan, you are eligible to receive a partial refund within the first month, up to 27 days after payment receipt. The partial refund will be calculated by deducting the difference between the annual membership price and the monthly price. Your account will be automatically switched to a monthly subscription unless you specifically request to cancel your membership. Any refund requests made after 27 days of payment receipt are not eligible for a refund.
No Refund: After 27 days from the membership start date, annual memberships are non-refundable.
